Zucchini and salmon flowers
Ingredients
- Smoked salmon
- Cream cheese (such as philadelphia)
- Zucchini
- Puff pastry
Steps
First of all cut the zucchini into really thin slices.

Cut the puff pastry it in strips; each one will be a flower.

Add the cream cheese in half of the strip, keep the other half empty as we will need it to close the flower. After adding the cream cheese, you have to add the zucchini slices and finally the salmon.
Close the strip using the other half of the puff pastry.

Now put all the flowers into a preheated oven at 180 Celsius (356F) for 20min.
