Once you have it all in little dices put it to fry into a pan until it gets roasted.

While you're frying the chicken you can start cutting the onion that you will need to fry.

In parallel you can start boiling water to cook the rice. We usually use round grain rice, it takes about 15 mins to be cooked but I recommend you to check what the package says about the timings just in case. You can also use long grain rice.

Once the onion is fried you can start doing the curry sauce. First of all put a pan in the stove with slow fire and add the cream, the fried onion, some pepper and salt. Keep removing while you add the curry. Keep adding curry until you see a colour that it looks good for you, if you have doubts check if the taste is ok or if it still have creamy taste, in that case keep adding curry. Finally, add the chicken and remove it until it is completely covered with the sauce.
