Ingredients (3 servings)
- 200g cod
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 1 eggplant
- 1 garlic clove
- 6 tomatoes
- Salt
- Oil
Steps
First of all cut the vegetables in a small dices; it is better to start with the zucchini and the eggplant as you will need to fry them first.

While waiting for the zucchini and the eggplant to be ready, keep cutting the rest of the vegetables (peppers, onion and garlic).

When the zucchini and the eggplant are fried, put them apart and fry the onion.

When the onion is brown add add the rest of the vegetables.

Now its time to grate the tomatoes in the same way we did with the meatballs post. When the peppers with the onion are done, put them into a stew pot with the tomatoes and some oil. Add some salt but not too much depending on how salty is the cod.

While waiting for the ratatouille to be ready, remove the cod's skin. Once done, shred it.

When the ratatouille is done, add the cod and keep it in the fire for 2 minutes.
