Macaroni with vegetables and feta cheese

- Macaroni
- Feta cheese
- Tomatoes
- Eggplant
- Zucchini
- Oil

Steps
The best way to start cooking this dish is to cut the eggplant and the zucchini in small dices as it takes some time to cook them.

While the vegetables are in the pan we can start grating the tomatoes.

To make the tomato sauce we have to add it in a pan with some oil with medium head, add a small spoon of salt and another one of sugar and stir it to mix it well (the sugar is important to correct the acidity of the tomatoes).
Once the tomato sauce is done, add it into the other pan with the vegetables.

While you keep an eye with the tomato sauce and the vegetables you can start boiling the macaroni; remember to check in the macaroni package how many minutes it needs to be cooked.

Once you have the macaroni boiled, put them in a bowl, add the vegetables, and mix it.

Now its time for plating, it's super easy. Just put the macaroni in a dish and in top of it add small dices of feta cheese. After this you just have to eat it. Enjoy!
